Responsible for providing estimates and project management services for construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Oversee subcontractors and suppliers
- Prepare and present final project reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction estimating
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
