Job Duties
- Oversee the development and negotiations leading to building projects.
- Prepare RFQ/RFP leading to A& E contracts, construction contracts, design-build contracts and other consulting and construction agreements.
- Review proposals and recommend contract awards.
- Manage the design and construction phases of assigned projects.
- Administer project budgets and schedules.
- Prepares and presents construction progress reports.
- Plan, supervise and evaluate performance of assigned staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Other Required Qualifications: Requires 12 hour work days when involved in supervision of staff working on special projects
Salary
$88,000 - $100,000
