About the role
Join our team as a Restoration Estimator! As an Estimator, you'll turn franchisee‑submitted claim details into precise, professional estimates using Xactimate or Symbility—playing a key role in ensuring every job is accurately scoped, documented, and ready for action.
What You'll Do
- Cost Drivers — Identify the factors that influence service pricing, including materials, labor, and job complexity.
- Estimate Development — Prepare accurate material, labor, and cost estimates for a wide range of restoration services.
- Vendor Relations — Build and maintain strong working relationships with company vendors and contractors.
- Cost Tracking — Compile, record, and reconcile actual job costs to ensure financial accuracy.
- Project Analysis — Review project requirements and determine key variables needed to produce reliable estimates.
- Platform Utilization — Access and manage job intake data in R365, MICA Mobility, and XactAnalysis; create sketches and estimates in Xactimate or Symbility.
What You'll Bring
- Estimating Software — Proficient in Xactimate or Symbility for creating accurate restoration estimates.
- Restoration Knowledge — Solid understanding of Water, Fire, Mold, Packout, Contents, Trauma, and Reconstruction workflows.
- Multitasking Ability — Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow‑up skills to manage multiple projects independently.
- Communication Skills — Clear, professional verbal and written communication with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
- Attention to Detail — High accuracy in documentation, estimating, and project coordination.
