Responsibilities

• Identify cost drivers that influence service pricing, including materials, labor, and job complexity.
• Create accurate material, labor, and cost estimates for a wide range of restoration services.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with company vendors and contractors.
• Compile, record, and reconcile actual job costs to ensure financial accuracy.
• Review project requirements and determine key variables needed to produce reliable estimates.
• Access and manage job intake data in R365, MICA Mobility, and XactAnalysis; create sketches and estimates in Xactimate or Symbility.

Requirements

• Proficient in Xactimate or Symbility for creating accurate restoration estimates.
• Solid understanding of Water, Fire, Mold, Packout, Contents, Trauma, and Reconstruction workflows.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills to manage multiple projects independently.
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
• A high accuracy in documentation, estimating, and project coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in restoration or related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Skills

• Proficiency in Xactimate or Symbility.
• Understanding of restoration workflows.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
• Attention to detail.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
