About the role

eTEC Mechanical is a full-service mechanical contractor founded in 1999. We provide engineering, installation, and maintenance services for HVAC, plumbing, piping, and fire protection systems across various industries.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Review architectural, civil, mechanical, and plumbing drawings/specifications to compile accurate cost estimates.
• Takeoff quantities of items (pipe, valves, fittings, ductwork, equipment, etc.) from mechanical and plumbing drawings.
• Input takeoffs from your own or other estimators' work to prepare accurate and complete estimates.
• Obtain scopes of work and pricing from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Aid in the bid review process, attend turnover meetings, etc.
• Perform job site surveys and meetings with contractors, facility managers, owners, etc.
• Analyze historical data, help prepare budgets, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or five years of HVAC industry experience.
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
• Career-minded.
• Detail-oriented: capable of carrying out tasks with all necessary details.
• Physical activities include standing, balancing, climbing stairs and ladders, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $60,000 to $90,000 annually.
