Responsibilities
- Sales support for company products and services
- Development, execution, and administration of quotes and proposals
- Reading and interpreting electrical specifications and drawings
- Qualifying leads and determining the best solution
- Assembling cost estimates for materials and labor
- Led review calls with internal stakeholders
- Managing client and quote-related activity using CRM tools
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base library
- Providing sales and technical support to clients and other Qualus entities
- Aiding in the development of technical collateral, quotes, schedules, and other submittals
- Assisting sales in obtaining job details for quote development and job execution
- Performing order clarification/verification during order hand-off process to Operations
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-5 years sales or sales support experience preferred
- Able to read and interpret electrical specifications and drawings is preferred
- Able to speak with poise and confidence, using correct English
- Able to properly construct written proposals using correct grammar
- Able to use Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, business acumen, organization, multi-tasking, and self-management are required

The Estimator/Inside Sales position works within the Sales Support Group at Qualus, providing technical and commercial sales support including identifying and qualifying leads, job costing/estimating, proposal generation, and post-order sales support.
