Estimator

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must be proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Accurately take off structure square footage, volume of concrete, asphalt, steel, and debris
• Populate Excel spreadsheets with quantities
• Cover internal bid reviews
• Secure subcontractor quotes
• Meet project deadlines
• Investigate new opportunities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Superior organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Able to easily transition between tasks and problem-solving
• Works well under pressure and able to meet deadlines efficiently
• Possess working knowledge of the construction bidding process
• Comeptent with Microsoft Office, word, excel, internet software, Bluebeam, email, and database software
• 5 years of work experience in the construction/demolition industry as an estimator

Pay: 95K-175K – Based on experience
