Job Description

As an Estimator, you'll analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor quotes to prepare accurate and competitive bids. Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities, assess risks, and ensure estimates align with client expectations. Projects may include warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and commercial spaces. Requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in construction estimating, with a focus on light industrial or commercial projects
• Proficient in estimating software and Excel
• A strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and subcontractor markets
• Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a proactive mindset
• Experience with tilt-up, PEMB, or interior renovation projects is a plus
