Responsible for estimating project costs and durations. Works closely with project managers and clients to provide accurate cost projections.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for construction projects
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of estimates
• Communicate project cost expectations to clients and stakeholders
• Stay updated with industry trends and pricing data

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction estimating
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of construction contract documents and specifications
