Estimator

About the role

We are seeking individuals with experience in estimating demolition, concrete, civil/site and DOT work for our Plainville, CT and Cumberland, RI offices, and also for our subsidiaries Manafort-Precision, LLC and Manafort Transit, LLC in MA. Experience using HCSS or similar estimating software is preferred. Individual must be detail oriented and have excellent communications skills. A four-year degree in construction management or engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Estimate demolition, concrete, civil/site and DOT work
• Use HCSS or similar estimating software
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of estimates
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Work on high visibility projects

Requirements

• Detail oriented
• Excellent communications skills
• A four-year degree in construction management or engineering (preferred)
