Job Details

• We are seeking an Estimator to support telecom, low-voltage, structured cabling, fiber, and construction-related projects.
• This role will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, reviewing project drawings and specifications, soliciting subcontractor pricing, evaluating project risks, and supporting successful project execution.
• Candidates with strong construction estimating experience are encouraged to apply. Telecom experience is preferred but not required.

About the Role

Achieve direct impact on project success through accurate estimates and project management. Work closely with operations and project leadership to secure and execute high-profile telecom and technology infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete project estimates and bid packages
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing
• Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs
• Identify project risks and pricing opportunities
• Support bid strategy and proposal preparation
• Maintain bid tracking and estimating records
• Participate in project handoffs to operations teams
• Collaborate with project managers and field leadership

Qualifications

• 3-10 years of estimating experience
• Construction estimating experience required
• Telecom, low-voltage, structured cabling, or fiber experience preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and estimating software
• PREFERRED: Telecom estimating experience, structured cabling experience, fiber optic construction experience, security systems experience, union construction experience, experience supporting commercial projects

Pay

$90,000 - $125,000 per year

Schedule

Fully onsite office position with little to no travel required.
