Overview

Handshake is seeking experienced energy industry professionals for flexible, hourly contract work supporting AI research. This role does not follow a traditional employment model. You will leverage your practical experience in energy project estimation, construction planning, and solar design to assess AI-generated content and offer insights that enhance AI's understanding of project workflows and cost estimation practices.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience in energy project estimation, pre-construction, or solar design, including roles such as Estimator or Project Engineer, Pre-construction Manager, or Solar Design Engineer, or equivalent positions in the energy sector.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following tools: Bluebeam Revu, Means, Aurora Solar, or Strong written communication skills, along with the ability to work independently and asynchronously with AI research teams.
