Estimator

Description

The estimator will be responsible for estimating commercial and institutional construction projects in a timely manner with the ability to fully read specifications and drawings, legends, and equipment schedules, following different document iterations (schematic, construction, and permit sets).

Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelor's degree desired in construction management, civil engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Familiarity with blueprints and ability to read plans
• Ability to perform quantitative take-offs on all SCI divisions (Dv#2-16)
• Base building estimating experience commercial or multifamily
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Procore, On-screen Takeoff (OST) and Building Connected
• Minimum of 8-10 years experience as a full estimator in general contracting
• Experience with Construction Project Management a plus
