Job Responsibilities

• Rapidly develops or possess advanced level skills at using DH Pace estimating processes and procedures and utilizing DH Pace estimating software as well as other business software programs.
• Rapidly develops or possesses advanced level knowledge of door and door related products, understanding functionality, special features, usage options as well as pricing variance based on specific job needs.
• Educates sales team on product options and assist customers in product selection to ensure sale and best project outcome.
• Performs effective Quote Request Review, Scope Creation, Material List, and Product Selections to generate accurate Project Cost Estimates and Bids.
• Estimates advanced and complex projects of limited project size, writing all proposals clearly and concisely for review and approval by Manager prior to customer's review.
• Understand vendor relationships and build strong relationships with contacts.
• Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of commercial door work preferred
• Strong attention to detail, and good organizational and mathematical skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office desirable
