Responsibilities

- Assess vehicle damage and determine repair needs - Write accurate repair estimates and insurance documentation - Communicate timelines and costs with customers - Work closely with technicians to keep repairs on track - Negotiate with insurance partners for fair repair coverage

Requirements

- 13 years of collision or automotive experience - Strong knowledge of repair processes and vehicle structure - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment - Valid drivers license
