Estimating Implementation Manager

About the role

The Estimating Implementation Manager owns and drives the execution of estimating related workflows, initiatives, and transformation efforts across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Centralize estimating initiatives
• Maintain visibility into scope, progress, dependencies, and outcomes
• Ensure efforts move efficiently from concept through full implementation and adoption
• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate estimating strategy into actionable plans
• Track performance through clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Visualize progress and capacity needs
• Ensure estimating initiatives deliver measurable, sustainable results for a national homebuilder

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, operations, supply chain, or related field
• At least 7+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
