About the role
The Estimating Implementation Manager owns and drives the execution of estimating related workflows, initiatives, and transformation efforts across the organization. This role is accountable for centralizing estimating initiatives, maintaining visibility into scope, progress, dependencies, and outcomes, and ensuring efforts move efficiently from concept through full implementation and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Owns and drives the execution of estimating related workflows, initiatives, and transformation efforts across the organization.
- Maintains visibility into scope, progress, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Ensures efforts move efficiently from concept through full implementation and adoption.
- Partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate estimating strategy into actionable plans.
- Tracks performance through clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Visualizes progress and capacity needs.
- Serves as a hands-on driver and coordinator.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, operations, supply chain, or related field.
- At least 7+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
