Responsibilities
- Seek out, follow through, improve documentation needed to complete Xactimate estimates in a timely efficient manner.
- Daily interaction with contractors to keep estimate reviews moving forward.
- Daily Interaction with Claims Management for documentation updates and/or supporting insurance justification.
- Relationship management activities, some consulting, and desire to support & improve client restoration businesses.
- Market Leadership through continuous learning & technology as it pertains to the restoration industry.
- Attend appropriate company meetings.
Skills
- Comfortable communicating via phone, email, chat & texting
- Highly organized and punctual
- Ability to learn new processes and procedures
- Works well in a team environment while working remotely
