Esthetician (Sculpting + Lymphatic Facial Specialist) - Studio City

Key Responsibilities

• Share the healing power of touch through intentional face massage techniques designed to relax, sculpt, and restore
• Provide customized face massage services focused on:
• Relaxation and stress relief
• Lymphatic drainage
• Facial sculpting and muscle release
• Circulation and overall skin vitality
• Create personalized guest experiences through thoughtful consultation and service customization
• Educate guests on the benefits of regular face massage as part of their self-care ritual
• Ensure the physical safety and comfort of guests and team members
• Recommend enhancements, products, and ongoing wellness rituals to support guest goals
• Maintain treatment rooms and service areas to The NOW standards (all supplies provided)
• Support a seamless guest experience from arrival through post-service recommendations
• Collaborate with team members to create a warm, elevated, and welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician license in California
• Experience or strong interest in facial massage techniques including:
• Manual lymphatic drainage
• Facial sculpting
• Gua Sha
• Muscle release techniques
• Strong foundation in skin awareness and guest consultation
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Passion for wellness, self-care, and holistic healing practices
• Desire to be part of a team with an infectious passion for health and wellness

Schedule & Availability

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Availability for at least one PM shift and one weekend shift required (Friday PM qualifies as a weekend shift)

Compensation

$22.00-25.00/hour + tips
