About the role

As a salon and spa team member, you will provide a variety of beauty treatments including hair, body, nail, and facial services. You will also assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the salon and spa areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality beauty treatments such as haircuts, facials, manicures, and pedicures.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon and spa environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Follow all safety protocols and adhere to health and hygiene standards.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate point-of-sale systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
