About the role
As a FACEGYM Trainer, you'll deliver our signature facial workouts while creating exceptional client experiences that keep clients coming back. You'll personalize every workout, educate clients on skincare and facial fitness, build loyalty, and contribute to the success of a brand-new studio.
Responsibilities
- Deliver FACEGYM's signature facial workouts following Bootcamp training.
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
- Educate clients on skincare, treatments, and retail products.
- Meet service, retail, and membership goals.
- Maintain exceptional hygiene, operational, and brand standards.
- Support studio events, launches, and community activations.
Requirements
- A licensed Esthetician with the right to work in the US.
- Passionate about skincare and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- A confident communicator with a positive, team-first attitude.
- Commercially minded and motivated to achieve performance goals.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
