Esthetician Needed PT/FT

About the Role

Do you love helping clients see the best in themselves and feel beautiful in their own skin? As an esthetician at our SPING CREEK franchised location, you'll join a team passionate about helping people feel their best through total body care. You'll combine your expertise and artistry with our protocols and modalities to design customized facial and body treatments that meet individual client needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality, professional skin care services within the scope of practice and licensing guidelines.
• Customize facial and body treatments within Massage Envy's policies and protocols to create personalized sessions.
• Recommend home-care regimens to achieve desired results.
• Safeguard the client experience, maintain confidentiality, and uphold safety commitments.
• Embrace Massage Envy's core values: optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy.
• Support team goals and build positive relationships with team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 500 hours of skin care education and required classroom work.
• Meet esthetics licensing requirements in our state.
• Pass a background and reference check.

• Clear communication to identify client needs, set expectations, and guide through treatments.
• Ability to recommend follow-up visits, additional services, and products to support client wellness goals.
