About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare treatments and beauty services that enhance our clients’ confidence and well-being. Your expertise in skincare and advanced esthetic procedures will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel pampered and valued.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates guest skin concerns and recommends appropriate treatments.
• Maintains a clean and calming treatment environment.
• Supports retail sales.
• Ensures each guest receives thoughtful, professional, and results-oriented care.
• Performs all services within the provider’s scope of license, training, certification, and The Spa at Willows Lodge protocols.

Requirements

• Valid Washington state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with active certification in esthetics.
• Proven experience performing a variety of esthetic treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, and laser therapy.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and infection control protocols essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Ability to stay current with industry trends including new theory, treatment techniques, and product innovations.

Pay

$52–$129 per service (actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location).
