About the Role

Support the commitment to customer care by efficiently and effectively providing the highest level of service. Must have excellent working knowledge of all services, products, and procedures within the spa. Together with the team, you will strive to ensure our guests’ comfort and satisfaction, with the goal of exceeding expectations every visit.

This is a casual part-time position working weekdays and weekends. Shifts vary from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service as set forth by Kohler Waters Spas and Forbes.
• Uphold consistency in all standards and maintain ongoing communication with fellow associates regarding needs and concerns.
• Present a professional demeanor at all times.
• Meet and greet guests with professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in all spa areas, including treatment rooms, public areas, and back-of-house.
• Use proper verbiage at all times.
• Uphold and maintain set uniform and grooming standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of spa services, amenities, and emergency procedures.
• Provide the highest level of technical service and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Meet agreed-upon retail sales goals by educating guests on at-home care; sales goals depend on department and retail-to-service percentage.
• Maintain continuing education criteria based on State of Wisconsin or Illinois requirements.
• Adhere to policies established by Forbes, Kohler Waters Spa, and Kohler Co.
• Perform special event treatments at various locations (e.g., golf courses, Riverbend, Sports Core, TAC) or during spa-hosted events like Spaliday; these are secondary to the primary role.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Current and valid State Esthetics license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of Esthetics experience.
• Prior experience in a spa environment preferred.
• Experience in Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion, and HydraFacial is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Pay

Competitive commission range for this position, plus tips/gratuity. Earnings may be influenced by a variety of factors.
