About the role

The primary focus is to support the commitment to customer care by efficiently and effectively providing the highest level of service. Must have excellent working knowledge of all services, products and procedures within the spa. Together they will strive to ensure our guest’s comfort and satisfaction. Our goal is to exceed our guests’ expectations every time they visit our spa. This is a casual part-time position working weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service set forth by the Kohler Waters Spas and Forbes
• Uphold consistency in all standards
• Maintain a direct line of communication among fellow associates regarding needs and concerns
• Present a professional demeanor at all times
• Meet and greet guests with professionalism
• Maintain cleanliness standards of all areas within the spa including treatment rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
• Use proper verbiage at all times
• Uphold and maintain set uniform and grooming standards
• Maintain knowledge of spa services and amenities
• Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures
• Provide the highest level of technical service and adherence to SOPs
• Meet agreed upon retail sales goals by educating guests on at-home care
• Achieve sales goals set depending on department and retail-to-service percentage
• Maintain continuing education criteria based on State of Wisconsin or Illinois requirements
• Adhere to policies put in place by Forbes, Kohler Waters Spa and Kohler Co.
• Perform special event treatments at various locations (golf courses, Riverbend, Sports Core, TAC, etc.) and spa-hosted events such as Spaliday (secondary to primary function)
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Current and valid State of Wisconsin Esthetics License required
• 3–6 years industry experience
• Prior experience in a spa environment preferred
• Experience in Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion and HydraFacial is a plus
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Schedule

Casual part-time; weekdays and weekends. Shifts vary from 8:00 am – 8:00 pm.
