About the Role

Spavia Elmhurst is seeking full-time and part-time estheticians with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. We are an independently owned and operated luxury day spa located in Elmhurst, IL, providing a family culture with respect, compassion, and work/life balance where both our guests and team can relax, escape, and thrive.

Estheticians earn competitive wages per treatment, with increased pay for advanced modalities, gratuity, and eligibility for bonuses and sales commissions. We offer a full variety of spa treatments, including facials, microdermabrasion, peels, full-body waxing, mineral makeup, spray tanning, and eyelash extensions. Our products range from result-driven clean clinical actives to natural organic ingredients.

Guests can also enjoy a full line of massage offerings, body scrubs, and body wraps.

Requirements

• Actively state-licensed esthetician
• Reliable, punctual, passionate, and goal-driven
• Professional and drug/alcohol-free
• Passion for working with people and a can-do attitude
• High energy and a team player with a passion for the spa and guest service industry
• Significant waxing experience, including Brazilians
• Eyelash extension experience is a plus

Schedule

Evenings and weekends required. Flexibility is a plus. Part-time and full-time positions available.
