As an Esthetician, you’re not just providing professional skincare treatments—you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience.
• Deliver professional skincare treatments: Provide facial, cosmetic, and hair removal services according to spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards.
• Maintain a spotless environment: Ensure treatment areas, tools, and equipment are consistently clean and sanitized in compliance with regulatory and guest service standards.
• Manage supplies and inventory: Monitor inventory of products and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage.
• Stay current on industry trends: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare techniques, tools, and products to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Support daily spa operations: Assist with general spa duties as needed to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain required documentation: Accurately complete any required records related to services, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
