We pride ourselves on our proprietary training approach to healthy lash extensions, focusing on the health and care of our guests' natural lashes. The Lash Lounge offers a complete menu of services including perming, tinting, threading, and more. Our salon creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, providing guests a personalized experience in an elegant, relaxing, and sanitary setting. We are looking for Lash Stylists who are team-oriented and eager to grow in their craft. Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of guest experience by showcasing a friendly and helpful attitude
• Perform high-quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services and ancillary services including lash & brow tinting, lash lifts, and facial threading
• Manage training responsibilities and assist with the stylist certification process for future team members
• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after-care products
• Understand and promote products and memberships
• Generate new clientele through referral and leads programs
• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment and assist with the cleanliness of the salon
• Assist with promotional events at the salon or outside to help market the salon and build the brand
• Other duties as prescribed

Requirements

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license in Illinois
• Customer service-focused with an emphasis on guest satisfaction
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable educating guests on products and services offered
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to personalize each service
• Strong work ethic
• Flexibility with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and weekdays as required
• Reliable transportation

$29,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
