Responsibilities
- Perform quality, professional skin care services that meet clients' needs within the scope of practice and licensing guidelines as applicable in your state.
- Customize facial and body treatments within Spa Stinny's policies, protocols to craft truly personalized sessions.
- Recommend a home-care regimen to achieve desired results.
- Safeguard the client experience, maintain client confidentiality, and uphold our commitment to safety.
- Embrace the Spa Stinny core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy.
- Protect our workplace culture by recognizing and supporting team goals and building positive relationships with team members.
Requirements
- A minimum of 500 hours of skin care education and required classroom work.
- Pass a background and reference check.
- Growth as a professional, willing to continue education to build on modality mastery.
- Clear communication skills to identify client needs, set expectations, and stay connected during the session.
- Experience in recommending follow-up visits and additional services.
- Ability to be a great teammate, showing up on time and ready to assist where needed.
