Esthetician Responsibilities

• The ability to perform a wide range of services including all skin care, waxing, and tinting services.
• A commitment to participating in assigned tasks that are designed to grow therapist business and create repeat guest requests.
• Maintaining training and education on skincare lines and proactively promoting these products to guests.
• Completing all milk + honey approved courses regarding blood-borne pathogens and lancet protocols, sign and adhere to milk + honey’s lancet and applicable protocols.

Schedule

Flexible Scheduling – work a mix of AM and PM shifts, including a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) and some holidays.

Pay

Strong Earning Potential – An average hourly rate ranges between $42-$46 an hour
Gratuity – Keep 100% of guest gratuity
Retail Bonus – Earn 10% commission on product sales
