About the role

• Provide customized and personalized facials to Heyday clientele, ensuring each treatment meets their unique needs.
• Conduct a thorough skin analysis for each client to understand their current skin condition and anticipate future needs.
• Educate clients on their home‑care routines and offer personalized recommendations for maintaining healthy skin.
• Listen attentively to each client to create a unique and memorable experience rooted in genuine hospitality.

Requirements

• A valid Esthetics license.
• A passion for Heyday’s brand and its impact on the skincare industry.
• Outstanding customer service and problem‑solving skills.
• Flexibility to work a non‑traditional schedule, including Friday, Saturday, Sunday, opening shifts, and closing shifts.
• Experience with chemical peels.
• Advanced facial massage techniques.
• Experience with electrical modalities such as high frequency, LED, and microcurrent.

Schedule

• Non‑traditional hours required, including Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, opening shifts, and closing shifts.
