As a FACE FOUNDRIÉ Skin Expert, you will be at the center of the guest experience, delivering professional skincare services, sharing product knowledge, and creating personalized recommendations that help guests achieve their skin goals. Responsibilities

• Create an amazing guest experience by delivering standout customer service and embodying the FACE FOUNDRIÉ energy and brand standards.
• Own and exceed individual and store sales goals as part of a high‑energy, goal‑driven team.
• Manage appointments and assist the front desk with organization, urgency, and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
• Educate guests on services, memberships, and skincare products to help them find the best solutions.
• Confidently recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ retail products, creating a personalized experience for each guest.
• Support daily operations, front‑desk tasks, and overall studio flow, adapting to varied daily needs.
• Monitor inventory, communicate low‑stock items, and help keep the studio prepared and stocked.
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming studio that consistently reflects the brand’s look and feel.
• Follow company policies, procedures, scheduling, and timekeeping expectations; be reliable and accountable.
• Participate in required training, team meetings, and ongoing education to continuously improve skills.
• Adhere to all sanitation, hygiene, safety, and board compliance standards to protect guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Active state Esthetician License (or Cosmetology License if permitted by state regulations).
• Hardworking, dependable, motivated, and eager to grow professionally.
• Genuine passion for skincare, beauty, and helping people feel their best.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a love for connecting with guests and building lasting relationships.
• Clear, professional, and warm communication style.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and contribute positively to a team.
• Desire to stay current in the beauty industry through continuous learning.
• Experience with dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow waxing, or brow tinting, or a willingness to learn these services.
• Comfort with retail and service recommendations as an integral part of the guest experience.
