About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide relaxing, yet effective, facial and body treatments utilizing a variety of techniques and modalities.
• Perform body wraps, exfoliating scrubs, and hydrotherapy – training provided.
• Maintain neatness, sanitation requirements, and professionalism of the treatment rooms after each guest visit, as well as the dispensary and prep areas.
• Follow established standard guidelines for treatment procedures and protocols.
• Show a positive, pleasant, and helpful attitude.
• Perform consecutive services in a predetermined period of time.
• Ensure efficient time management and a self-guided shift to ensure the books are executed properly.
• Maintain effective, five-star guest service.
• Ensure the privacy of each guest.

Qualifications

• Licensure must comply with state and local laws and regulations.
• Completion of an Esthetics Program.
• Proficiency in esthetic procedures and proper skincare.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar spa atmosphere.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
