Columbus Aesthetic & Plastic Surgery (CAPS) is seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our growing team across our Columbus-area locations. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough skin analyses and develop personalized treatment plans based on each client's skin type, concerns, and goals.
• Administer professional skincare treatments including chemical peels, masks, scrubs, and other advanced modalities to improve skin health and appearance.
• Provide facial massage and body treatments to enhance circulation, promote relaxation, and support overall skin wellness.
• Educate clients on at-home skincare routines, product usage, and lifestyle habits that support healthy, youthful-looking skin.
• Recommend and retail medical-grade skincare products tailored to each client's individual needs.
• Guide clients on makeup application techniques and post-treatment skincare best practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records including treatment notes, product recommendations, and progress documentation.
• Uphold the highest standards of sanitation and infection control by sterilizing equipment and maintaining a clean, safe treatment environment in compliance with state regulations.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support a seamless, elevated patient experience across all CAPS locations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Active Ohio Esthetician license (required).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed Esthetician; medical aesthetics experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skincare ingredients, and professional treatment protocols.
• Experience with medical-grade product lines and retail sales.
• Exceptional communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work across multiple CAPS locations as business needs require.
