Estates, Trusts and Elder Law Attorney

About the Role

We need an experienced Estates and Trust attorney who is either already knowledgeable about Elder Law and Medicaid issues, or willing to learn.

About Us

The Legacy Law Center's purpose is to help individuals with their legal needs in two areas:

• Creation and administration of Wills and Trusts, including Special Needs Trusts.
• Planning for long-term care needs, including both pre-need asset protection planning and applying for available government benefits such as Medicaid.

We are the only law firm in Eastern Montana uniquely specialized in these areas. Sol is the first and only Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA—an ABA-accredited certification) in Montana.

Our team consists of Sol, two assistants, and a part-time bookkeeper. We prioritize work-life balance, and our office is open Monday through Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and administering Wills and Trusts, including Special Needs Trusts.
• Providing legal counsel on Elder Law and Medicaid planning.
• Engaging in pre-need asset protection planning and government benefits applications.
