Estate Sale/Relocation/On Line Auction/Clean Out Specialist

About the role

As a Team Member, you’ll support clients through major life transitions. This is hands‑on, meaningful work with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Sort, organize and declutter homes
• Resettle clients into their new homes by unboxing belongings, setting up new space to mirror image previous home
• Assist with in‑home estate sales
• Clean out homes to prepare them for listing
• Work collaboratively with team members

Qualifications

• Compassionate and service‑oriented
• Reliable and team‑focused
• Comfortable using smartphones/apps
• Trustworthy and able to work independently
• Local to the area (within 30 miles of Guilford, Branford, East Haven, New Haven, Wallingford, or North Haven)

Requirements

• Ability to lift 30+ lbs
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
• Flexible availability (hours vary; no guaranteed weekly minimum)
