Job Duties
Draft, review, and revise wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
Provide expert legal counsel to clients on all aspects of estate planning, probate, and elder law.
Manage probate and trust administration processes, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and excellent customer service.
Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations related to estate planning, probate, and elder law.
Cookordination with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive service to clients.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the state of Texas
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and elder law
- Proven track record of drafting and implementing complex estate plans
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficient in the use of legal research tools and software
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases with minimal supervision
- Business development skills with a willingness to generate new client leads

Salary: $115,000 - $165,000 per year
