Estate Planning & Estate Administration Associate
About the role
Established growing, caring and dynamic estate planning and estate administration law firm in South Western Suburb seeks a full-time associate with at least 3-5 years’ experience in estate planning and estate administration. Asset Protection, tax and/or special needs backgrounds considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drafting of estate planning documents, estate administration documents
- Meeting with clients
- Correspondence
- Court appearances
- Managing client matters
- Maintaining extensive client, attorney and court contacts
Requirements
Candidate must be an experienced professional team player for this small and growing law firm. Immediate client contact in a congenial work environment.
Qualifications
Salary is commensurate with experience. Additional performance/bonus potential. Benefits include group medical, vision, dental, 401(k) plan, long term disability and a generous vacation and holiday policy.
