Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings in its Providence office for Estate Planning Attorneys with 3-5 years’ experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle cases from inception with minimal supervision
- Write, analyze, and conduct research on estate planning matters
- Handle appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
- Provide superior client service
- Engage in forward-facing client interactions
Requirements
- Licensed and admitted to practice in Rhode Island
- Excellent academic background
- Proven skills in writing, analysis, and research
- Self-starter capable of handling cases independently
- Commitment to superior client service
Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience in estate planning
- Experience with legal research and writing
- Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
The pay range for this role is: $100,000-$140,000. Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
Schedule
Our current national base salary ranges are: Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000; Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000; Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+. For this role, we are seeking an attorney with 3-5 years’ experience.
