Estate Planning Attorney

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
• Advise clients on wealth transfer strategies, fiduciary considerations, and tax-efficient planning approaches
• Support—and ideally lead—probate and trust administration matters, including court filings, inventories/accountings, and beneficiary communications

• 1800 billable hour expectation (inclusive of non-billable time)
