We are a leading law firm that has been established for decades and employs hundreds of people. We are seeking a talented Estate Planning Lawyer / Probate Attorney to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Draft estate planning documents.
- Assist with trust and estate administration.
- Work on matters related to trusts and estates, estate planning, probate, or closely related areas.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Admission to the Michigan state bar.
- Three to four years of experience in trusts and estates, estate planning, probate, or closely related matters.
- Willingness to work onsite in Grand Rapids at least 3 days per week.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to estate and gift tax concepts and wealth transfer planning strategies.
