Responsibilities
- Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents
- Advises clients on estate planning, asset protection, and wealth transfer strategies
- Conducts client consultations and develops customized estate plans
- Affords assistance with trust administration and probate matters
- Reviews and updates existing estate plans as needed
- Collaborates with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals
- Maintains strong client relationships and provides ongoing legal guidance
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the state bar
- 3+ years of estate planning experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of trusts, estates, and probate law
- Excellent drafting, communication, and client service skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
