Responsibilities

  • Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents
  • Advises clients on estate planning, asset protection, and wealth transfer strategies
  • Conducts client consultations and develops customized estate plans
  • Affords assistance with trust administration and probate matters
  • Reviews and updates existing estate plans as needed
  • Collaborates with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals
  • Maintains strong client relationships and provides ongoing legal guidance

Qualifications

  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Licensed and in good standing with the state bar
  • 3+ years of estate planning experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of trusts, estates, and probate law
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and client service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
