Responsibilities

  • Independently manage estate planning matters for high-net-worth individuals, multi-generational families, and business owners.
  • Draft sophisticated estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and related documents, tailored to achieve clients’ tax and non-tax goals.
  • Collaborate with a team of skilled attorneys to design and implement sophisticated planning strategies.
  • Handle estate administration and probate matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and their advisors to provide high-level service and guidance.
  • Manage deadlines effectively and ensure timely delivery of services while maintaining quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in estate planning and estate administration.
  • LL.M. in Taxation preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar is required.

Pay

$145,000 - $225,000 per year
