The role is ideal for a seasoned litigator with 10+ years of experience handling complex estate, trust, and inheritance litigation. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Florida and bring a demonstrated record of trial experience in estate and trust litigation matters.
Requirements
- Earned a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Maintains active membership in The Florida Bar in good standing
Experience
Bridges extensive civil trial litigation experience focused on complex trusts and estates disputes.
