The role is ideal for a seasoned litigator with 10+ years of experience handling complex estate, trust, and inheritance litigation. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Florida and bring a demonstrated record of trial experience in estate and trust litigation matters.

Requirements

  • Earned a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Maintains active membership in The Florida Bar in good standing

Experience

Bridges extensive civil trial litigation experience focused on complex trusts and estates disputes.

Client Service & Relationship Building

Demonstrates a strong commitment to client service excellence in a fast-paced, collegial environment while building trusted relationships with clients, colleagues, investigators, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel.

Communication & Collaboration

Communicates complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively in both writing and oral advocacy, with skill in drafting, negotiating, and interpreting legal documents and collaborating effectively with others.

Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving

Applies sound judgment, initiative, and reliability to anticipate legal challenges, manage discovery, and develop effective trial strategies.

Business Development & Initiative

Engages intentionally in business development by cultivating referral relationships, deepening client engagements, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice and the firm.

Leadership & Time Management

Brings a professional courtroom presence, coupled with the ability to manage demanding timelines and multiple priorities with strong judgment and accountability.
