Responsibilities
- Leverage deep bench strength and cross-practice collaboration to deliver seamless service in Trust & Estate litigation
Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the State Bar of California
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Trust & Estate litigation
- Strong analytical, negotiation, consulting, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent reputation for integrity and collegiality among both bench and bar
- Partial portable book of business required
