Estate and Move Team Manager

About the role

Caring Transitions of East Stroudsburg seeks part-time, flexible employment for individuals with management and auction/online selling experience to lead the coordination, sorting, and staging of items for estate sales and online auctions and relocation services in East Stroudsburg and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to sort, organize, and stage items for estate sales and online auctions.
• Plan and execute packing and moving services, including resettling clients in their new spaces.
• Manage online estate sales, including creating lots, photographing items, writing descriptions, and listing them on auction sites.
• Handle cleanouts, which may involve cleaning homes with light hoarding situations, requiring compassion and understanding.

Requirements

• Physical condition suitable for lifting, bending, and working in dusty/dirty environments.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Available for weekday and weekend work as needed.
• Must have a cell phone and reliable transportation with GPS/Google maps accessibility.
