About the role
To improve student achievement by assisting a licensed teacher in the planning and implementation of an educational program, including individualized education programs (IEPs). Assigned educational programs may include both general and special education settings.
Requirements
- ESSA Documentation Required: Yes
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and math as defined by the federal Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) for paraprofessionals in Title I funded schools. If you meet any of the ESSA requirements, you must register this information with the district by attaching transcripts and/or test results to your job application.
