Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and grow a personal network of realtors, builders, financial advisors, and other referral sources to generate mortgage applications.
- Consult with clients to assess their financial needs and recommend essential mortgage products.
- Ensure applications are complete and accurate.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure regulatory compliance and provide a positive experience for the client through closing.
- Regularly engage away from the employer's place of business. Make sales calls or participate in various marketing activities outside the office.
- Stay informed of investor guidelines, loan program updates, and regulatory requirements to remain compliant with policy and procedure.

Qualifications, Education, & Experience
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, with related experience and secondary education preferred.
