ESRD Consultant II

Job Summary

Serves as part of a consultant team under the guidance of more senior team members to ensure the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders to drive the implementation of successful business initiatives and projects.

Priorities and Deadlines

• Completes work assignments by applying up-to-date knowledge in subject area to meet deadlines;

• Maintains a working understanding of how current processes impact business operations;
• Maps current state against future state processes;
• Identifies the operational impact of requirements on upstream and downstream solution components;
• Identifies and validates value gaps and opportunities for process enhancements or efficiencies.

Supports Strategic Planning and Organizational Alignment

• Evaluates performance metrics, standards, and methods to establish business success;
• Works with multiple stakeholders, often with competing/conflicting objectives, to ensure cohesive and reachable metrics;
• Executes assigned initiatives to ensure delivery of measurable results and alignment with strategic objectives.

Advocates for Continuous Learning and Professional Development

• Builds a working knowledge of industry practices, standards, and benchmarks;
• Attends and participates in roadshows, conferences, and speaking events;

Manages Projects or Project Components

• Coincides stakeholder contacts;
• Recommends team resources based on project needs and team member strengths;
• Consults in the development, analysis, and management of project plans;
• Coprogressively monitors and identifies project or business initiative risks, issues, and trigger events;
• Resolves or escalates risks or issues as appropriate.

Participates in Change Management Activities

• Engages stakeholders to obtain support and buy in for changes;
• Uses appropriate change management methods and approaches;
• Ensures stakeholders understand initiative intent and purpose.

Data Analyses

• Supports compliance of work activities by adhering to KP, departmental, and/or business line policies and procedures.
