Consultant II
About the Role
The Consultant II is responsible for leading the implementation of solutions by ensuring successful deployment, customization, and adoption of the solution. This role leverages project management skills and technical knowledge to collaborate with clients and internal teams, delivering high-quality implementations on time. This position is within our Home Health & Hospice Professional Services team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams and client personnel to complete implementation tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Organize requirements gathering sessions, including analysis of current solution workflows, designs, and mapping processes.
- Facilitate client meetings to understand business objectives and challenges, offering workflow modification suggestions to optimize the solution for client goals.
- Serve as an advisor for clients, providing consultation on solution customization and configuration to enhance user experience.
- Provide hands-on training to designated client members, guiding them through the solution's functionalities and features to increase proficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues, escalating complex issues to internal technical teams as needed.
- Perform other assigned job duties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the home health industry.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, including reporting, case management, and workflow tracking.
- Experience with billing processes and/or revenue cycle management within healthcare settings.
Job Expectations
- Willing to travel up to 50% based on business needs.
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
- Must adhere to applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information.
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods.
